Creator Program Terms

The Whimgram Creator Program has two earning tracks that operate independently of each other:

• Weekly Reward Pool (all users): Eligible users accumulate a Trust & Reputation Score (TRS) and receive a proportional share of the weekly pool, distributed automatically each Monday.
• Subscription Revenue (room creators): Creators who set a paid subscription on their room earn 70% of each subscription fee paid by joining members. Whimgram retains 30% as a platform commission. Subscription revenue is credited to the creator's wallet as available balance.

The program's weekly reward cycle runs Monday-to-Monday. Scores are tallied each week and pool distributions are made automatically. Users who subscribe to join a premium room participate in the weekly earning program on the same terms as all other room members — subscription status has no effect on TRS scoring or pool eligibility.

Your TRS is calculated continuously across four dimensions. All four combine into your trs_total. A weekly snapshot (trs_week_score) is used for reward calculations each Monday at 00:00 UTC.

XP is earned through quality posting and platform activity. As you accumulate XP you progress through 10 levels. Higher levels may unlock future features, visibility, and program access.

XP and levels are platform recognition metrics. Their relationship to monetary rewards, if any, is determined solely by Whimgram platform rules, which may change at any time.

Each participating room has a weekly reward pool. At the end of each week, the pool is distributed proportionally to qualifying contributors based on their weekly scores.

Users who subscribe to access a premium room earn from that room's pool on exactly the same terms as all other room members. Subscription status has no bearing on your TRS score, pool eligibility, or share of rewards.

• Only users meeting the minimum quality threshold set by Whimgram are eligible
• Only users meeting the minimum word count per message required by Whimgram are eligible
• Messages beyond the maximum hourly limit defined by Whimgram may be excluded from scoring
• Approved amounts are paid directly to your registered bank account every Monday
• Whimgram reserves the right to adjust, pause, or discontinue pool distributions for any room at any time

To be eligible to receive rewards from a weekly pool you must:

• Have a verified account in good standing with no active bans or restrictions
• Have been active in the room during the scoring week
• Not have violated content moderation, AI-detection, or duplication rules
• Meet the minimum word count per message as defined by Whimgram platform standards
• Not exceed the maximum messages-per-hour limit defined by Whimgram
• Have a positive net quality score for the week
• Be a room member in good standing — whether you joined freely or via a paid subscription, eligibility criteria are identical

The following will result in reduced scores, zero reward, or full disqualification from the current week's pool:

• AI-generated content: Messages detected as AI-generated receive a negative quality score and may result in a warning or ban
• Duplicate messages: Identical or near-identical messages are penalised using cryptographic detection
• Spam patterns: Excessive posting speed, repetitive phrasing, or bot-like behaviour reduce TRS scores
• Artificial engagement: Purchasing or coordinating reactions will result in disqualification and possible permanent ban
• Multiple accounts: Using multiple accounts to inflate scores results in forfeiture of all rewards and permanent ban of all associated accounts

Top-performing creators may be assigned a Builder Rank — a numerical recognition of sustained, high-quality platform contribution. Builder Rank may affect future feature access and visibility. It is awarded and managed solely at Whimgram's discretion and carries no guaranteed monetary value.

Whimgram pays earners automatically every Monday — there is no wallet and no manual withdrawal step. Earnings are sent directly to your registered bank account.

• You must register your bank account (bank name, account number, account name) in your profile before any payout can be processed
• Payouts are processed between 2:00 AM and 10:00 PM WAT every Monday via a queue — your payment will arrive within the Monday window
• If your bank details are not on file by Monday, your payout for that week is forfeited and cannot be reissued
• Payouts sent to incorrect bank details provided by you are not eligible for reimbursement
• A minimum payout amount applies — users below this threshold receive no payout for that week
• Whimgram may request identity verification before processing payouts above applicable thresholds

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to amounts received through the Whimgram Creator Program in your jurisdiction. Whimgram does not withhold taxes on payouts. If required by law, we may request tax identification information before processing amounts above applicable thresholds.

Whimgram reserves the right to:

• Change the scoring algorithm, TRS weighting, or XP thresholds at any time
• Modify, pause, or permanently close the program with 30 days' notice where practicable
• Adjust pool sizes, payout schedules, and eligibility thresholds
• Retroactively adjust or reverse payouts found to have been earned fraudulently

Continued participation after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Room creators may create rooms for their own purposes and may optionally set a paid subscription price for access. When a user pays to join a subscription room, the creator earns a share of that fee.

• Creator subscription earnings are included in the Monday automatic payout alongside pool earnings
• Creators choose whether to make their room free or subscription-only — this is entirely at the creator's discretion
• Subscription pricing is set by the creator, subject to Whimgram's platform-wide minimum and maximum limits
• Members who join via a paid subscription earn from the weekly reward pool on exactly the same terms as any free room member — subscribing to a room has no effect on TRS scores or pool eligibility

• Whimgram may remove or suspend any room at any time for violations of these Terms, without refund of future expected subscription revenue
• Creators are not liable for the content of messages posted by their room members, but are expected to foster a respectful community environment

For Creator Program queries, score disputes, or appeals — include your username and a clear description. Appeals regarding score penalties or disqualifications are reviewed within 10 business days.
